From initial boundary and topographic plats to preliminary and final plats I can draft your subdivision lot, road, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and utilities layout for you in AutoCAD Land Desk Top 2000 or 2005.

I can serve your drafting needs regarding boundary plats, topographic plats, lot and mortgage surveys and ALTA plats.

If you send me your pen table, my drawing should be ready for insertion onto your title block for printing.

I also, have the ability to provide field crews with design sheets that would include point numbers for construction staking of roads, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, miscellaneous utilities and lot layout in the field.

I can import / export any ascii files you may want to include in your data. 

Engineering Related Drawings:

I have extensive experience in many types of engineering drawings and design.  Contact me to discuss any proposed work.

Send your pen table, design specs and desired drawing sheet size and I will send you your drawings in AutoCAD Land Desk Top 2000 or 2005 format.

Geographic Information Systems Services:

I use Arcview 9.0.  As with engineering related drawings, any type of G.I.S. work would require contact.  The many facets of G.I.S. are too great to be covered here.
